The Onguard customer portal is the knowledge base for customers to keep them up to date on all updates and developments of our solutions. Here you can download updates and releases for your software, check the status of incidents and receive information from the support team.
Customers can also contact our applications specialists via live chat. The live chat is available on workdays from 8.00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. If you want to use the live chat, log in to the Customer portal via the button and you will find the option in the menu at the left hand side of the screen.
The Support team uses remote assistance via ISL in order to service our customers in the most efficient and fast way possible. ISL enables the Support team to view your computer via the internet. There is no need for you to install any software and it uses the standard internet connection.
