In recent years, it had become clear that Perrigo Spain’s credit control processes and ERP system were preventing its local credit controllers to get a grip on pre-orders and outstanding invoices. Using a combination of an ERP system and Excel spreadsheets meant that the credit-control team was undergoing all processes manually, including identifying overdue invoices and sending invoices. With this in mind, due to its user-friendly interface, and easy to use and understand nature, Perrigo Spain chose to implement Onguard CreditManager.
