Adriaan joined Onguard December 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer. As of June 2022 he has become the Managing Director of Visma | Onguard. Adriaan Kom is no stranger to the fintech world. For the past 16 years, he has held various commercial and strategic roles at Onguard's partner Altares Dun & Bradstreet, including as director of business development and partnerships and general manager of product solutions.

General Manager of Outstanding24
Floor Stam-Lammers is the appointed General Manager of Outstanding24. Before then, Stam was already involved in the software scale-up, which is part of Visma | Onguard, as Commercial Manager. Stam joined Visma | Onguard in 2017 and remains part of the management team. She also continues to be involved in a number of boards within Visma.
Tim Blok joined Visma | Onguard in 2007 as a software developer. As of September 1st, 2020, Tim became Visma | Onguard's CTO.
Tim benefits from 13 years of experience at the former CreditTools and then Visma | Onguard, having worked his way up through the company as a software developer, developer lead and team lead.

Cor Makkinje started at Visma | Onguard in 1999 as a consultant. After 12 years of service, he retired as Regional Director Netherlands to start his own business.
Makkinje returned back to Visma | Onguard in 2017: “When Visma | Onguard asked me if I wanted to come back, I didn't hesitate for a moment. The organisation would like to take the next steps in their Customer Success, fully embracing this topic throughout the organisation. This means that the customer journey within Visma | Onguard must be right and that the implementation process and support seamlessly fit together. I am really looking forward to applying my knowledge and expertise to the MT and to lead the Professional Services department together with Pieter Pontier. Our aim is to ensure that our customers become ambassadors with a lot of energy and pleasure."

Debbie Staat joined Visma | Onguard at the beginning of 2018 to take customer support to a higher level. Since October 1st 2020 she has been responsible for the Customer Success and Support department.
