Onguard is seeking a driven Business Development Representative who excels in both team environments and solo work, with a passion for driving growth through creative lead generation strategies. This role is ideal for those eager to explore new prospecting methods and excel in deploying innovative approaches.

A key responsibility will be outbound calling, along with leveraging inbound and proactive outbound prospecting across various channels, like LinkedIn and social media, to build a strong pipeline. This position requires excellent social selling skills, strategic outreach, and exceptional communication abilities to interact with all levels of contacts, from C-level to end users.

Your goal is to not just find new leads but to also embrace and apply the latest tools and methods to improve our outreach and engagement efforts. Success will be measured by both the quantity and quality of leads, focusing on their alignment with potential clients' needs.

  • Collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Easy talker with a commercial mindset who is able to communicate with different level of people within an organisation

  • You have relevant sales or commercial experience
  • You don't see problems, but challenges that scream for a solution
  • People describe you as proactive and enthusiastic
  • You are a real 'hunter'
  • You are confident, verbally strong, and have a good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of or work experience in SaaS, Fintech or financial administration is a plus
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
