Everything from Standard plus:
- SLA: Enhanced with quarterly reports
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager
- User training for 2 persons, application or template management training
- Optimisation call 1x per year (CSC)
- User group - 1 seat = 2x per year
If support is needed, you can buy an additional consultancy package
Upgrade 1x per year with project manager and 16 hours upgrade support
Everything from Extended plus:
- SLA Enhanced with monthly reports and 4 review meetings
- Private user training for 2 persons, application and template management training
