Integration with Visma | Onguard
The Insolvency module of CreditManager retrieves all new insolvency judgments from the database of Faillissementen.com on a daily basis and matches these with the debtor portfolio. Thus, every morning CreditManager employees are presented with an overview of the debtors that have gone bankrupt the previous day. But not only the new bankruptcies or suspensions of payment are found; all changes in current insolvencies are also found, such as conversions from suspension of payments to bankruptcy, changes of trustee and terminations.
The module initially looks at the Chamber of Commerce number, but if this is not known then a match is made on name, address, postcode, etc. Once a match is found and approved, the status of the debtor in question is changed to "insolvent", the data of the appointed trustee is retrieved and stored with the debtor, the bankruptcy is logged in the log and, if necessary, a workflow can be started to report the outstanding claim to the trustee.
The Insolvency module ensures that you are quickly informed about the bankruptcy of one of your debtors. You can therefore take immediate action to limit the damage as much as possible.
