In partnership with Aon, Visma | Onguard gives you PolicyManager. This application provides in-depth insights into coverage performance.
By integrating CreditManager with PolicyManager, customers have immediate insight into potential risks of non-payment and debit. PolicyManager arranges the updating of the insurance policies that you enter into and reads the current data from the credit insurer. It clearly shows what the current coverage is on your outstanding balance. Daily data from the credit insurer is fed into PolicyManager, which in turn, ends up in CreditManager via web services.

PolicyManager runs independently so that the credit insurer has no access to your accounting or ERP systems. The solution loads the debtor data from the existing ERP package. When this is done, you have a quick insight into current limits on outstanding balances and limit requirements. The moment a limit is requested in PolicyManager, this is automatically submitted to the credit insurer. After approval, this is processed immediately in the administration.
