Visma continues strong growth in the Netherlands by acquiring Onguard, leader in order-to-cash solutions.

Visma has signed an agreement with Main Capital to acquire Onguard, market leader in cloud-based order-to-cash solutions in the Netherlands. The acquisition strengthens Visma’s position in the Dutch market and allows Onguard to extend its platform across Europe.
Visma has grown steadily in the Dutch market over the last few years, and today extends its presence further by adding Onguard’s order-to-cash solutions as a strategic complement to its financial management, HR management, procurement, and Digital Society cloud solutions in the Netherlands. Onguard joins the family of well-known Dutch brands in the Visma group, including Visma Connect, Visma Raet, ProActive, Visma Idella, PinkWeb, HR2day, Dotweb, VerzuimSignaal, PlusPort, Circle Software, and Visma Roxit.
