Debtor Portal
With the new Debtor Portal, you are able to improve your customer communication. The Debtor Portal gives your customers direct access to their invoices and the associated details. This makes it easy for them to manage their own outstanding invoices. They can view invoices, make payments online, download copies of invoices, register a payment notice or complaint or ask a question. In other words, self-service at any time of the day, including weekends.

Send API instructions from CreditManager
With API instructions you can proactively inform other applications. Send a signal to the accounting department when a certain reminder action has been performed. Or for specific customer communications, payment options, credit risk and debt collection. With the instructions you ensure the exchange of data with other packages, web pages and systems inside and outside your organisation through web services. Set up instructions yourself and link them to workflow actions. When processing the action, the instruction is sent, both in the batch and when settling the action manually.
