Marieke Saeij as a Business Leader
During her tenure as CTO for Onguard, Marieke reorganised the way software was developed. She aligned business vision and strategy with day-to-day work and improved the quality of software to achieve higher customer satisfaction and cultivate organisational excellence. As a result, Onguard’s own CreditManager is industry-leading in the Netherlands and rapidly growing its presence in the UK and the rest of the world.
Her experience as CTO offers her a unique perspective as CEO of Visma | Onguard. The role requires a high level of communication and organisation, aligning strategic goals with the understanding that comes with developing software and listening to your stakeholders and customers. She understands the impact technologies like big data and artificial intelligence have on industries, while continuously striving to integrate them into working software. Her emphasis on innovation is helping to evolve Onguard within credit management and the order-to-cash industry.
Marieke is the embodiment of a people’s CEO.
