Marieke Saeij succeeds current CEO Bert van der Zwan as of November 1st
Amsterdam, 16 Oct 2019 – Marieke Saeij appointed to CEO of order-to-cash specialist Onguard, effective as of November 1st. Saeij has been the CTO at Onguard for three years and succeeds Bert van der Zwan. Zwan held the positions of Chairman of the Board and CEO for over four years. Van der Zwan will continue to be involved in several other boards within the portfolio of Main Capital, Onguard’s investors.
In her role as CTO, Saeij has been leading Onguard’s transition from a supplier of credit management software to an intelligent software platform for order-to-cash solutions. Main Capital’s decision to appoint Marieke to continue this transition was, therefore, the natural progression.
