Mango Mobility implemented CreditManager
Mango Mobility, a specialist in electrical mobility, simplifies their credit management process with the implementation of CreditManager. CreditManager is a comprehensive software solution in which Mango centralises its credit management. Fixed workflows lead to the adequate registration of information and thus the effective monitoring of the debtor status.
“Within Mango Mobility, the exchange of data between our existing packages was not ideal. Moreover, we registered the follow-up of invoices and debt reminders in Excel. That made the credit management process complicated, and it didn’t provide enough insight and overview. This resulted in a longer average time period for outstanding invoices and a debtor balance which was too high. Enough reason to set up a different credit management process to achieve our goals. To support this process, we chose CreditManager. The first results are already noticeable: central registration through fixed workflows, a comprehensive dashboard per debtor, and automated scheduling so we know precisely what the status is per debtor and which tasks need to be done. We can now centrally monitor and correct the process if necessary,” says Marco van Dijk, Head of Administration at Stern Group.
Mango Mobility has been a part of the Stern Group since 2015. In addition to optimising the debiting process at Mango, it is also desirable that all companies within the group use the same credit management package. As a result, they’ll have and maintain a good insight and overview in regards to reports. Van Dijk was involved in the implementation of CreditManager at Stern, and also completed this project at Mango.
