Onguard to release a crash course on best practices in credit management
Onguard has created a 10-part video crash course on best practices in credit management. The course, titled ‘Customer Centric order-to-cash’, shares tips and tricks for the everyday credit manager, collector and CFO who aim to maintain strong customer relationships while also ensuring cash flow despite customer late payments. The course is suitable for all levels of experience.
Following registration, participants will receive 10 separate webinar recordings over a 4-week period by email. Viewers are given tips and tricks on how to ensure best practice in credit management. They can watch the recordings whenever suits them best, having access to them indefinitely via the link in the email. Finally, at the end of the course, they receive 14 proven-to-work letter templates to use in their own credit management practices as a bonus.
