Will I have an customer success manager?
Yes. From the moment you have chosen our software, you are assigned to one of our Customer Success Managers. Together with our consultants, they will guide you to a successful implementation. Your appointed Customer Success Manager remains your point of contact. He or she ensures that you will optimally use your software. In case you would like to make changes to the software, you can discuss this with your contact person.
Is there a customer portal?
Yes, Onguard has a Customer Portal. You can access the Portal via the support page.
Is there IT guidance?
Yes. Our Support team has the necessary knowledge of IT issues related to order-to-cash solutions. The team can support you directly by telephone or via chat, but also uses ISL for remote assistance to help our customers as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Is there an Onguard user group?
There is a user group run by "users", facilitated by Onguard. However, we have a strong community of users in our customer portal where a wealth of information and knowledge is shared + customer success manager (we work agile, and you are our most important stakeholder in our product. Bring your ideas, wants and needs to your Customer Success Manager and they will relay it in our sprint reviews.
What kind of information can be found on the Customer Portal?
The Onguard Customer Portal is the knowledge database for our customers to keep them up-to-date on all updates and developments within our solutions. Customers can download updates and releases of the software here, check the status of incidents, find answers to frequently asked questions and receive information from the Support team.
