Are there (additional) costs associated with this migration?

No

Will I, as a customer, need to take any action during or after the migration?

In certain cases, customers will need to take action. Most notably, IP addresses may change. If you have IP whitelisting or VPN connections configured with specific IP addresses, you will need to update these to reflect the new IP addresses after the migration.

Will my CreditManager IP address change?

Yes, the IP address will change. We will provide you with the new IP address information as soon as it’s available. Please check back here or on our FAQ page in our support channel for updates.

What impact or downtime should we expect during the migration process?

We have put extensive measures in place to ensure that this migration will be as smooth as possible with little to none disruption in using CreditManager. If in an exceptional case any downtime is expected, we will notify you in advance.

Can I, as a customer, postpone the migration of my application(s)?

The customer cannot postpone or be exempted from this migration, as the entire infrastructure is being lifted and shifted, and this can only be done as a whole

Will the functionality of the software change after the migration?

The functionality of the software will remain the same after the migration.

Will the URL or access method for CreditManager change?

The URL and access method for CreditManager will remain the same and will not change after the migration.

Will my data remain secure and intact during migration, even in case of interruptions?

Yes, your data will remain secure and intact during migration, with measures in place to handle any interruptions without data loss.

In the event of a worst-case scenario, do you have a fallback plan in place?

Yes, we do have a fallback plan. In the worst-case scenario, we would extend our use of the current hosting for a longer period, ensuring that the data remains securely stored there.

Where will my data be stored after the migration, and what security measures are in place to ensure its protection?

After the migration, your data will be stored primarily in Sweden Central and backed up in France Central (DR-site) for disaster recovery.
