Sue has recently taken up the position of Interim Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), the largest recognised professional body in the world for the credit management community. Before taking up this role, Sue held the post of Director of Strategic Relationships with the CICM – working collaboratively with a number of organisations in the sector, increasing awareness and building partnerships.
Head of Direct Sales for UK - managing the national team of business development managers. With 10+ years in the credit insurance industry and specialising in export.
Director of EICC – Enhanced Information Claims and Collects, responsible for UK & Ireland markets. With over 30+ years in credit management and 10 of those in credit insurance.
VP of Sales at Onguard - has 10 years of experience in the order-to-cash software industry. He started his career at Graydon, where he was introduced to credit management in all its aspects: credit information, collections and software. He
eventually came to the previously known CreditTools as a sales consultant, and in February 2018 joined the newly merged Onguard’s Management Team.
Group Head of Collections - Responsible for all collections across 9 UK and ROI companies and oversight for 3 overseas territories in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Extensive Finance background covering all transactional elements plus on-the-job Management Accountant experience.
