Support Engineer

As support engineer at OnGuard, you provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to external users of our credit management software. You provide adequate handling and creative solutions, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers.

No workday is the same. By phone, email or chat, customer requests come in, and every request is different. A user query is interchanged with a malfunction or a change request from customers and users of our software. Dutch speaking calls change with English-speaking calls.

You register, check and handle the incoming customer requests, within the SLAs.

In order to provide high-quality service, we, of course, provide you with all the knowledge you need. You start with an extensive internal training program, in which you learn everything about the software, the technology our customers and our processes.

You will soon be able to transfer the acquired knowledge into practice. We offer you every opportunity to develop yourself. You will cooperate with colleagues from various departments.

Are we a match?

In order to be able to fulfill this role successfully, we are looking for a colleague who likes to take initiative. You are patient, stress-proof and very service oriented. You have the talent to always ask the right questions and to come up with a good solution. In addition, you can plan and organize very well. You are available on a full-time basis and are available on a rotating basis for an evening by telephone. Last but not least you have excellent English and Dutch communication skills.

In addition you have

  • A completed MBO degree or HBO work and thinking level
  • 0-3 years work experience
  • Known with SQL Server and Microsoft IIS
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
