The training is aimed at OnGuard partners and professionals engaged in Credit Management, such as recruitment, interim staff and ZZPers (self-employed persons with no employees). The ‘OnGuard for Professionals’ training is a two-day programme that covers the ins and outs of OnGuard. The training begins with a general introduction or update, followed by an in-depth tutorial on the many features of the programme. Both modules are integrated seamlessly with the OnGuard application management software, and provide a comprehensive overview of operations. The perfect way to expand your knowledge. The OnGuard Certified certificate is a valuable addition to your CV and increases your chances of securing clients and gaining a competitive edge in the job market.
The first training day, Basic, provides participants with an entry-level understanding of the software's functionalities, and refreshes existing knowledge. This refresher training is not compulsory for everyone; some participants will have the option of attending only one of the two days.
The second training day, Advanced, is a demanding and intensive training session. The training covers a (wide) range of topics and moves at a fast pace. The aim is to expand the users' basic knowledge of OnGuard to an advanced, in-depth level of understanding. The latest functionalities and useful tips & tricks are discussed.
Nicolette Montfrooij, Credit Management Team Manager at Kluwer Nederland, is one of the User Group members attending the two-day training. This is what she had to say:
‘The course helps us gain a broader insight into the possibilities offered by OnGuard. Everyone has their own way of working with OnGuard; however, in our day-to-day work, there is never enough time to look beyond the basics. This training encourages you to explore the programme in more depth. I found the reporting tool functionalities particularly useful and insightful. Reports are a powerful way to see what is happening, to locate bottlenecks or to monitor progress. You can't argue with facts and figures. Fine-tuning our OnGuard Profiles is a continuous process; the training provides valuable insights and enables participants to cast a critical eye over developments. Top of my wish list is an in-depth Customer Scoring module. OnGuard keeps us focussed’: Montfrooij.
