Customer-focused monitoring
OnGuard ICMS is the software package for complex credit management departments that set high criteria regarding the available functionality and the integration of credit management with other processes. OnGuard ICMS runs smoothly with very large volumes and a large number of users. OnGuard ICMS can be supplied in multiple languages and is, therefore, also very suitable for international environments. The software has customer scoring models, extensive management reports, smart profiles, web clients and rulebooks to name but a few. Additional functions such as far-reaching authorisation options and integration with other business applications are offered as standard.
 
The system starts where your financial software stops. It will link a copy of the data from your financial system to the credit management policy that you have defined in OnGuard. You select the required security profile for each customer segment. This approach is customer-focused and effective.
 
Structured action lists
When the data has been imported from your financial system in OnGuard, the software will generate actions based on the OnGuard security profiles. You will clearly see on the structured Actions screen which actions must be performed: call, send (dunning) letters, e-mail actions, allocate to another security profile, increase a risk code, outsource action and much more. Together with actions for highlighting and monitoring promised payments, registration, follow-up and monitoring queries and registration and monitoring payments schemes, the above actions form a complete set of tools that make adding items to the agenda and, even more importantly, the monitoring of the actions easy and well-organised relative to customers. OnGuard will, therefore, lead to an effective schedule for the day where the most effect is achieved with the least effort.

OnGuard Query Manager
Sometimes collecting an outstanding item is difficult because your customer has a query. OnGuard supports active and professional query settlement via the OnGuard Query Manager. The query will first be registered in an easy way and subsequently OnGuard will monitor the progress of the query settlement. Query registration and follow-up will then form an excellent source of management information.

Management reports
The OnGuard database contains a treasure of information about your customers. Information that is valuable to your whole organisation. Information with which you can put credit management perfectly on the map. OnGuard is supplied with a large number of standard reports. You can easily and quickly produce reports via Crystal Reports or an Excel export.
