Customer-focused monitoring

Together with actions for highlighting and monitoring promised payments, registration, follow-up and monitoring queries and registration and monitoring payments schemes, the above actions form a complete set of tools that make adding items to the agenda and, even more importantly, the monitoring of the actions easy and well-organised relative to customers. OnGuard Query Manager
Sometimes collecting an outstanding item is difficult because your customer has a query. OnGuard supports active and professional query settlement via the OnGuard Query Manager. The query will first be registered in an easy way and subsequently OnGuard will monitor the progress of the query settlement. Query registration and follow-up will then form an excellent source of management information.
