This is how OnGuard DCMS works

The combination of centralised, specialised OnGuard credit management and the distributed DCMS software is a powerful method to involve your colleagues and management when managing payment processes. OnGuard DCMS (Distributed Credit Management Solution) offers access through the Internet to the OnGuard database and can be made available within your whole organisation.

OnGuard DCMS can be supplied in multiple functionality levels. This ensures that you can purchase OnGuard DCMS modularly and can distribute it within your organisation in a targeted manner.

• Level 0 (eViewer): Only provides “read-only” access to the OnGuard database. The eViewer is supplied as standard free of charge with all OnGuard products.
• Level 1 (Requests & notes): The module with which you can create notes for debtors and invoices, can process OnGuard requests and can manage contacts. Level 1 is available for all OnGuard products.
• Level 2 (committed payments): You can register and manage committed payments with this module. This module is only available with OnGuard Enterprise and OnGuard ICMS
• Level 3 (Query): You can register and follow up on OnGuard queries and query requests with level 3. You will have available an Excel export option as standard as from DCMS Level 1.

Further functionality levels for OnGuard DCMS will be supplied regularly as part of our standard release policy. OnGuard DCMS uses the standard, generally proven, graphical user interface of OnGuard; the popular trademark of the OnGuard product range. This is a user interface based on ergonomically proven, graphical principles that improve user enthusiasm and productivity. You will have available an Excel export option as standard as from DCMS Level 1.
