1. Is OnGuard only for big businesses?
- Effective credit management is essential for any business, which is why OnGuard has solutions for businesses of various sizes. OnGuard has developed a number of credit management software solutions especially for SMEs. Specialist credit management software will pay for itself even with a limited number of invoices. Not just the number of invoices but for example, also if you deal with several types of client each of whom require a different approach, OnGuard will prove itself to be very useful. Or if there is relatively little risk of non-payment in your branch. OnGuard can however also be a solution if you are looking to improve your complaint management. 2. Does OnGuard require a large investment?
- The investment in OnGuard will generally pay for itself within one year. As well as financial and operational benefits, OnGuard will strengthen customer relations. Your credit management will soon be in order with a small investment and our quick implementation.
3. Does it take a long time to implement OnGuard software?

  - With the standard OnGuard import module, you can import financial details from your financial software package. OnGuard Import sets a number of permanent requirements on the structure of the export files from your financial system.
8. What is the technical impact on the organization?
- - The technical impact on the organization is minimal.
  - If an Microsoft SQL server or an Oracle server is already operational, (dependent on your configuration/use), it is often not necessary to invest in new hardware.
  - Maintenance will be minimal once OnGuard has been installed and the import set up (update twice a year).
  - Own IT staff will mainly be involved during installation.
9. What is the Return on Investment from OnGuard?
