The OnGuard User Group is a group of active and local OnGuard users. They all represent OnGuard customers and are active in different kinds of branches. At the moment OnGuard has a User Group in the UK and in the Netherlands. And we are starting up new OnGuard user groups in other countries.
The local OnGuard User Groups come together on a regular basis to discuss all kind of topics concerning OnGuard and its software. All registered OnGuard customers can participate in this.
The OnGuard User Group has several purposes:
- To give input on product innovation
- To give input for further improvement of OnGuards services
- To be a test group for new products and services
- To help testing new releases
- To share knowledge and information about credit management, OnGuard software and software developments.
