Get Smart, the financial service providers to the accounting sector, has selected OnGuard’s credit management software to support a brand new service it has just brought to the market.
The service provides tighter control around credit, collections and complaint management for Get Smart Customers. The new relationship will enhance Get Smart’s customer’s revenue collection process and ultimately improve the accounts receivable entry on its balance sheet. Based in New Zealand, Get Smart manages a variety of customers , and required a sophisticated and proven software application with the capability to track, monitor and contact a growing number of clients in a professional manner.
Get Smart marks an additional gain for OnGuard in Australasia, which has recently expanded its New Zealand presence with the appointment of new Sales Manager, Jesse Harris.
